Windmill Country

Hiyas Everyone!

Please DO click on the photos to enlarge!

Saturday we took a long overdue trip down to see my aunt, uncle and grandpa. They live in Java Lake NY, which is about 70 miles south of me.

The ride out there was amazing, I don't think I have ever seen snow on the trees look like this. We passed through what seemed like hundreds of windmills. Those suckers look huge at a distance but we were right next to them and they are quite impressive!

I was able to get some great shots with my Canon, these next few were taken while driving right through the front window!!

These next ones were taken on the way up of the scenery and snow on the trees!

Aren't those crazy pretty? Its so ugly around my house so it was  a nice change to drive into that!

What's everyone working on for Valentines Day? I am at such a slump, I cant find any real good patterns that I like and I'm having a hard time coming up with designs of my own so I've made a few and snow I'm moving onto Easter Prims………

A few things I've finished and taken to my booth,

The snow lined roads look so beautiful.
I am not a big valentine person, as far as creating prims, but I finally got some ideas that I am working on for a swap.

Jenn, those photos are amazing! I never knew those windmills were so big until I saw a photo of a man standing on the blade of one! I was very surprised! And afraid it would start to turn with him on it!
Love your sweet Valentine girl with the big lips. Is that your own pattern? She's a winner for sure!
Have a great weekend!

Hey Jenn, the snow does looks pretty. What little bit we got here in Ohio has all melted because of rain. Love your new goodies.

Great pics Jenn.. trees look so beautiful covered in snow, if only the snow stayed off the roads, winter would be much safer! I also have a Canon and have taken great pics while driving.. oops.. did I say that? ;)
