Nice warm plate of honey cookies

Since my oven was hot from my salt dough fixins I decided since I didnt have chocolate chips:( that I would make honey cookies. If you like honey, youll LOVE these. They are gooey on the inside and crisp on the outside.

Honey Cookies

2 cups honey
1/2 cup sugar

Heat together in a large sauce pain just til it comes to a boil
Cool 10 - 15 minutes.

Add to pan
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Mixture will foam

Add 4 cups sifted flour (may need a little more)

Drop by tbs onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 10 mins.
Tansfer to wire cooling rack.

After cool, cover with plastic wrap so cookies dont harden up.

They look tasty Jenn! I need to stay away from them though. I could sit with a tall glass of milk and eat them all. LOL!! Deb
